◆ Notes on booking pick-up

1. Please make an appointment three working days in advance (seven working days in advance during consecutive holidays and the Spring Festival). If you book a car within 12 hours of departure, a temporary dispatch fee of NT$300 will be charged.
2. Please join the official LINE of Jiangnan Tour (ID: @tour2tw). We will report the driver information of the service before 18:00 the day before the car is used.
3. If your itinerary changes or you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 0800-800189.
◎ Airport drop-off: The driver will serve you on time at the designated time. Please keep your phone open.
◎ Airport pickup: Please turn on your mobile phone after your flight arrives. The driver will contact you as soon as possible. If you miss the call, please call the driver back to confirm the pick-up location.
◎ The waiting time for airport pick-up is within 90 minutes according to the actual flight arrival time (including customs clearance and luggage collection time). If it exceeds 90 minutes, an overtime fee of NT$200 will be charged for every 30 minutes. (If the driver still cannot contact the passenger after waiting for 90 minutes, he/she will be allowed to leave and the trip will be deemed to have been completed.)
◎For those who specify a pick-up time, the flight will not be tracked and the service will be based on the specified time. Overtime fee is 200 yuan per 30 minutes. (If the driver still cannot contact the passenger after waiting for 30 minutes, he/she will be allowed to leave and the trip will be deemed to have been completed.)
◎ Airport pick-up and drop-off and point-to-point departure delays or additional stops will be subject to a waiting fee: starting from 20 minutes, NT$200 per 30 minutes.
 

◆ Cancel or change

1. Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 30% of the original fare / cancellation within 8 hours will be charged 50% of the original fare / cancellation within 4 hours including no show will be charged 100% of the original fare. In case of force majeure such as typhoon, earthquake, road collapse, flood, weather factors, etc., no fee will be charged for cancellation.
2. Airport pickup is applicable to the flight that finally arrives in Taiwan, and does not refer to the previous connecting flight.

◎If the service is cancelled due to any reason on the previous flight → this trip will still be deemed used.
◎If your flight is delayed or rescheduled to Taiwan due to any reason, we will still be responsible for arranging pick-up and drop-off, but an additional dispatch fee of NT$300 per time will be charged.
◎Customers should assess the road conditions and journey length by themselves, and then confirm the airport drop-off or pick-up service time with the service center. The airport drop-off time is our company's recommended time and we are not responsible for estimating the transportation schedule.
◎If force majeure (including but not limited to traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, etc.) occurs during the pick-up and drop-off, "Jiangnan Car" should assist customers in handling the situation within the scope of reasonableness and lawfulness. However, if the flight time is missed, the customer will be responsible for it.

◆ Additional services

◎The service fee paid is limited to getting on and off at the same fixed point. If you need to add a pick-up service along the way, please indicate it when making a reservation.
◎Additional points are charged based on the address. For each additional point in the same district of the same city or county, an additional fee of +100 yuan will be charged. For points across districts, an additional fee of +200 yuan will be charged. For points across cities or counties, an additional fee of +500 yuan will be charged.
◎If a temporary additional point is required and the additional point fee must be paid, our company has the right to refuse the additional point according to the scheduling situation.
 

◆ Special fee description

◎ If passengers accidentally damage items on the bus or spill drinks or vomit, a cleaning fee ranging from NT$500 to NT$3,000 will be charged (based on actual situation).
◎Fare for Spring Festival is quoted separately every year, please contact the official customer service LINE (ID: @tour2tw).
◎Free use of child safety seats
◎ No nighttime surcharge.
◎No surcharge on holidays (except Spring Festival)
◎This service already includes fuel, tolls, and passenger insurance.
◎This service fee does not include access to the basement, indoor parking lot, carrying luggage up and down the stairs, and entering the house.
 

◆ Free use of child safety seats

1. In response to the government's "Implementation and Promotion Measures for the Safe Riding of Young Children in Small Cars", children under the age of 12 must wear seat belts or use safety seats (booster cushions) when riding in small cars.
2. If you are travelling with young children on the shuttle service and they require a child safety seat (booster cushion), please inform us at the time of booking.
3. There are two specifications of child safety seats (booster cushions). Please inform us of the required specifications of child safety seats (1-4 years old) / child booster cushions (4-12 years old) when making a reservation.
 

 

◆ Number of passengers and luggage instructions

◎This service provides a single model of Mercedes-Benz VITO, a nine-seater with 8 passenger seats. It is recommended that the number of passengers should be less than 7 for comfort.
◎To ensure driving safety, the space inside the car is only for VIPs.
  Luggage space is about 8 pieces within 26 inches, about 6 pieces within 28 inches, and about 5 pieces within 29 inches.
  Hard-shell luggage, including cartons, must be placed in the trunk and cannot be stacked above the height of the headrest.
  If it is a special box type (such as a fat box, the quantity needs to be reduced).
  To ensure driving safety and comply with Taiwan's traffic regulations prohibiting overloading, drivers will not be able to provide service beyond this range.
  If you have special luggage, please inform us separately. Such as folding baby strollers, bicycles, wheelchairs, skis, ball equipment, etc.
