Reservation Notes
1. Please make a reservation three work days in advance (five work days in advance during long holiday and the Spring Festival). Reservations can be made directly online. A temporary fee of NT300 will be charged for booking within three days.
2. Except for force majeure, if the driver delays service for 15 minutes, the fare will be calculated at 80%; if the driver delays service for 30 minutes, no fare will be charged.
3. The price quoted already includes fuel, tolls and parking fees.
4. For special vehicles such as the T-type nanny car, S-350 Mercedes-Benz, ALPHARD, etc., which are not listed in the areas or routes, please call us for consultation.
Cancellation or Change
1. If there are any abnormal dynamic data after the reservation is completed, such as date, time, car model, etc., please notify us one working day in advance. Three working days’ notice is required during consecutive holidays and the Spring Festival.
2. To cancel a reservation,you must call to notify at least 24 hours before the reservation time, otherwise a 50% fare will be charged.
Additional fees
1. If the drop-off time exceeds 30 minutes from the booking time, a waiting fee of NT$200 will be charged. For the pick-up time, no additional charge will be charged regardless of flight cancellation or delay.
2. The airport pickup service includes a 90-minute waiting period starting from the actual arrival time. An overtime charge of NT$200 will apply for every additional 30 minutes beyond the initial 90 minutes. If the passenger cannot be contacted after the 90-minute waiting period, the service will be deemed as rendered and no refund shall be granted.
3. Professional airport pick-up service with signboard, which needs to be stated when making an appointment. Signboard fee of NT100-200 (depending on the time) will be charged.
4. The service fee paid is the same as boarding the car at a certain point. If you need to add some shuttle services along the way, please indicate it when making a reservation and contact "Jiangnan Car" in advance for scheduling. You can contact the company to withdraw the service in advance. The surcharge in the same area is NT 200 , and the surcharge in counties, cities and cross-regions is NT 500 . Welcome to make more use of it to save energy.
5. This service fee does not include access to the basement, the parking lot, luggage carrying up and down stairs , and entering the house. If you need these service, please indicate it when ordering the car，We will try our best to meet your needs under the premise of safety，However, additional service charges will apply.
6. The price for airport pick-up and drop-off is the same, but if the pick-up/drop-off location is in a remote area, the fare should be negotiated .
Special Fee Description
1. Spring Festival surcharge ~ calculated separately.
2. If you vomit on the bus, cleaning fee of NT 500-1200 will be charged as appropriate.
3. No nighttime surcharge
Free child safety seats
1. In response to the government's "Implementation and Promotion Measures for the Safety of Carrying Young Children in Small Cars", children under the age of 12 must wear seat belts, safety seats, and booster cushions when riding in small passenger cars. If you are traveling with young children on the shuttle service, you should inform us when making the reservation.
2. There are two types of child safety seats and booster cushions. Please inform us of the required specifications when making a reservation... Child safety seat (1-4 years old) / booster cushion (4-12 years old).
Baggage loading
1. Please let us know if you have any special luggage, such as bicycles, skis, surfboards, golf clubs, etc.
2. To ensure safety, all luggage and cartons must be placed in the trunk. Important documents, passports, wallets, and other valuables in small shoulder bags can be carried with you if they do not affect driving safety. However, the company reserves the final decision on the premise that it does not affect driving safety and relevant laws.
3. The various regulations of this pick-up service are subject to the relevant regulations of the Airport Aviation Police Bureau. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Passenger and Baggage Instructions
1. Any item larger than 20 inches must be registered as "large luggage". If it is a "cardboard box", the size of the item is considered 1 large luggage.
2. Extra large suitcases (over 30 inches) must be considered as 2 large pieces of luggage and you must make a note of this when filling in your airport pick-up reservation information.。
3. Small luggage refers to a bag that can be carried on board an airplane.，Backpacks, etc.。
According to the aircraft loading regulations, customers refer to the size of special luggage (such as seats/strollers/airplane boards/surfboards/diesel engines/model aircraft non-luggage luggage),... and indicate it in the notes, or inform the customer service staff when making a reservation. Jiangnan reserves the right to dispatch the vehicle at the last minute.

Child safety seats
In response to the government's "Implementation and Promotion Methods for the Safety of Carrying Young Children in Small Cars", passenger cars with children under the age of 4 and weighing less than 18 kilograms must use safety seats (seat cushions), etc. For children aged 4 to 12 years old or weighing more than 18 kilograms, it is up to the passenger to decide whether to purchase an additional safety seat (super seat cushion) depending on the child's business situation.
1. Infant type (0-1 year old or weighing less than 10 kg)
2. Child type (1 to 4 years old and weighing more than 10 kg but less than 18 kg)
3. Children (4 to 12 years old or weight) weighing more than 18 kg but less than 36 kg, except for those whose body size allows them to use safety belts according to regulations.
【Remarks】1. Since each car is limited to two (including) safety seats (including) seat cushions, if you book two (including) safety seats (seat cushions), you need to specify a nine-seater car.
【Remarks】2 . For safe travel, we must comply with government travel regulations. We are unable to specify vehicle types. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you use other modes of transportation to the airport.
Other instructions and precautions
To protect the rights of all vehicle buyers and the consideration between vehicles, please take the initiative to notify and cooperate with the instructions when making an appointment.
1. Based on the law, we will not accept reservations for prohibited items such as drugs that are prohibited by law. If you carry them yourself, you will be responsible for the criminal liability if you are stopped by law enforcement officers during the trip.。
2. If you have special luggage, please inform us in advance when making a reservation. If you fail to inform us and the service cannot be completed on the same day, it will be regarded as a service you have used and you will have to pay the fee.
3. Fragile/valuable items inspection items: 4. The items or valuables included in the luggage should be informed before transportation, and please unpack and pack them by yourself and bear the responsibility together. If they can be retained in the future, it may easily cause damage or loss of the company's relics. Otherwise, it may cause damage or loss of the company.
4. Based on driving safety considerations, if the luggage exceeds the vehicle's carrying capacity and affects driving safety，Jiangnan Car Rental Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to carry you.。
5. Any matters not covered in the special baggage carriage regulations shall be subject to the regulations.
