Notes on booking a pick-up

1. Please make an appointment three working days in advance (seven working days in advance during consecutive holidays and the Spring Festival). If the reservation time is exceeded, you can directly call the reservation hotline to inquire. If you order a car within three days, a temporary dispatch fee of 300 yuan will be charged.
2. Except for force majeure, if the driver is delayed for more than 15 minutes, the fare will be calculated at 80%. If it is delayed for more than 30 minutes, no fare will be charged for that trip.
3. The price quoted already includes fuel, tolls and parking fees.
4. For special vehicles such as the T-van, S-350 Mercedes-Benz, and ALPHARD, which are not listed in the areas or itineraries, please call us for inquiries.

Cancel or change

1. If there are any changes to the information after the reservation is completed, such as date, time, car model, etc., please call us one working day in advance to inform us. During consecutive holidays and the Spring Festival, three working days’ notice is required.
2. Cancellation must be notified by phone 24 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise 50% of the fare will be charged.

Additional fees

1. If the drop-off time exceeds 30 minutes from the booking time, a waiting fee of NT$200 will be charged. For the pick-up time, no additional charge will be charged regardless of flight cancellation or delay.
2. The maximum waiting time for airport pick-up cases is 60 minutes after the plane arrives. If it exceeds 60 minutes, please call to notify us. Waiting fees will also be incurred. If the waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, an additional waiting fee of NT$200 will be charged for each hour of waiting. If the user cannot be contacted after 60 minutes, the reservation case will be deemed to be established and no refund will be given.
3. Professional airport pick-up service with sign. Please indicate the remarks when booking. An additional sign fee of 100 yuan will be charged. The driver will call the person who booked the car at the same time as picking up the passenger.
4. The service fee paid is limited to getting on and off at the same fixed point. If you need to add a shuttle service along the way, please indicate it when making a reservation and contact "Jiangnan Car" before boarding for scheduling. If you do not contact the company in advance, you have the right to refuse the service. The surcharge in the same area is 200 yuan, and the surcharge across counties, cities and regions is 500 yuan. You are welcome to make use of it and save energy together.
5. This service fee does not include entering the basement, indoor parking lot, carrying luggage up and down the stairs and entering the house. If you need to add this service, please indicate it when booking the car. We will try our best to meet your needs under the premise of safety, but an additional service fee will be charged.
6. The price for airport pick-up and drop-off is the same, but if the pick-up/drop-off location is in a remote area, the fare will be negotiated separately.

特殊費用說明

1. Spring Festival surcharge ~ extra charge.
2. If you vomit on the bus, a cleaning fee of 500-1200 will be charged.
3. No nighttime surcharge

Free use of child safety seats

1. In accordance with the government's "Implementation and Promotion Measures for the Safe Riding of Young Children in Small Cars", children under the age of 12 must wear seat belts or use safety seats (booster cushions) when riding in small cars.
2. If you are travelling with young children for the shuttle service, please inform us when making the reservation.
3. If you need to use a child safety seat (booster cushion) equipment, you must inform us in advance.
4. There are two specifications of child safety seats (booster cushions). Please inform the required specifications of child safety seat (1-4 years old) / child booster cushion (4-12 years old) when making a reservation.

Baggage loading

1. Please inform us separately if you have special luggage, such as bicycles, skis, golf equipment, etc.
2. To ensure driving safety, the space in the car is limited to VIPs. All luggage (including hand luggage) must be placed in the trunk. Important documents, passports, wallets, and other valuables can be carried with you in small shoulder bags without affecting driving safety. However, the final carrying capacity must not affect driving safety and relevant laws. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispatch of the car.
3. The various regulations of this pick-up service are subject to the relevant regulations of the Airport Aviation Police. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Passenger and Baggage Instructions

1. All luggage larger than 20 inches must be registered as "large luggage", while "cardboard boxes" are considered as one large luggage regardless of size.
2. Extra large suitcases (over 30 inches) must be considered as 2 large pieces of luggage and you must make a note of this when filling in your airport pickup reservation information.
3. Small luggage refers to handbags, backpacks, etc. that can be carried on board the plane.

The comparison table is for reference only. Please refer to the regulations of the airline. If you have luggage with special specifications (such as golf equipment/strollers/skis/surfboards/wheelchairs/model airplanes/non-luggage luggage...), please pay attention to the size and indicate it in the remarks, or inform the customer service staff when making a reservation. Jiangnan Car Rental reserves the right to decide whether it can be carried.

Child safety seat

According to the government's "Implementation and Promotion Measures for the Safe Riding of Young Children in Small Cars", children under the age of 4 and weighing less than 18 kilograms must use a safety seat (booster cushion) when riding in a small car. For children aged 4 to 12 years old or weighing more than 18 kg but less than 36 kg, the passenger shall decide whether to use a safety seat (booster seat) based on the child's condition. Additional service charges apply.

1. Infant type (0-1 years old or weighing less than 10 kg)
2. Child type (1 to 4 years old and weighing more than 10 kg but less than 18 kg)
3. Children's booster seat (4-12 years old or weighing more than 18 kg but less than 36 kg, if their body size can use the safety belt according to regulations, this restriction is not applicable)

【Remarks】1. Due to vehicle model restrictions, each vehicle can only reserve two (inclusive) safety seats (booster cushions). If you reserve two (inclusive) safety seats (booster cushions), you must specify a nine-seater vehicle.
【Remarks】2. All safety seats are in compliance with government regulations and we are unable to specify the brand. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you use other means of transportation to the airport.

Other instructions and precautions

In order to protect the rights of all vehicle passengers and the safety of the vehicle during driving, please proactively inform and cooperate with the explanations when making a reservation.

1. Based on the law, we will not accept reservations for prohibited items such as drugs that are expressly prohibited by law. If you carry them yourself, you will be responsible for any criminal liability if you are stopped by law enforcement officers during the journey.
2. If you have any special luggage, please inform us in advance when making a reservation. If you fail to inform us in advance and the pick-up service cannot be completed on the day, it will be regarded as the guest has used the service once and the guest still needs to pay the fee.
3. Exclusion of fragile/valuable items: If your luggage contains fragile or valuable items, you must inform us before transportation. Please pack them properly and take responsibility for their safekeeping. If the customer assesses that the items can be placed in the trunk and are damaged or lost as a result, the company will not be liable for the related damages.
4. Based on driving safety considerations, if the luggage exceeds the vehicle's carrying capacity and affects driving safety, "Jiangnan Car Rental Co., Ltd." will have the right to refuse to transport.
5. Any matters not covered in the special baggage carriage regulations shall be subject to the regulations.
